Matthew 6:19-21. We invest in the temporal rather than the eternal, such that the way we treat our finances often reflects a counterfeit faith. But as much as we may want to say we are Christians and not have it affect how we spend our money, the truth is that our faith and finances are inseparable.

So often we can find ourselves investing in the temporal rather than the eternal. The way we treat our finances often reflects our faith. Jesus talked a lot about money. In fact, 15% of all he talked about was related to money. That's more than all he talked about hell and heaven combined. He did so because he was trying to show us that faith and finances are inseparable.
